Hyl Massage - Thornton

I've been there many times in the past and had good massages. I needed one today, so I thought I'd give them another shot. It was not a good experience. It was mostly painful the entire time and I had a hard time communicating with the therapist to ask her to back off a bit. She was very strong and had rough hands and nails that were too long. It was not a pleasant experience. I'm giving them 3/5 because I had several good experiences a few years ago. Hopefully this experience today was just an outlier. I doubt I'll be back.

Great massage! The oil massage in the back seem to be sent from heaven! I took the 60 min foot massage and is basically 25 min foot + 35 min back (with oil). Costs 40 dollars + tip. Why 4 stars and not 5: The part where they're giving massage on the foot, it's done in the lobby. No music and you hear cars passing (not too relaxing). They could add a mini sound box there to keep a little bit more cozy. I'll go there again and will bring a headset to listen to music when I'm in this first part of the massage.

Definitely a little sketch, they speak zero English and there is no paperwork or anything they just take you on back. However, I’ve had all of the therapists and they give amazing massages. Can’t complain only $40 for a full 60 minute massage. Giving 4 stars out of 5 only because sometimes they do leave the room in the middle of the massage to say hi to whoever just walked in the building, and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the next room.

They will find muscle knots that you didn't even know you had. I will be coming back.

I suffer from chronic discomfort, tightness & soreness in by neck, shoulders & upper back region. I was in desperate need of a massage & originally had an appointment scheduled at Massage Envy that was unexpectedly cancelled by them. So, I started to call other locations & everyone was booked. I came across Hyl Massage & seen not only were they close to home but they were also decently priced, so I gave them a call. The lady on the phone said "go ahead & come down now." So I headed over unsure of what to expect & was honestly a bit nervous & unsure of the quality of massage I would get... I have to say I was not disappointed. A gentleman massaged me for 90 minutes.. full body massage & at some point even used hot towels which were very relaxing. The place was clean & had a relaxing atmosph
