Hyde Park Pediatric Dentistry

We hadn't been here since they were over in Hyde Park Plaza, so its been a while. However its still the amazing place I remembered it being just at a new location! Plenty of parking. Clean, brite, modern facility. All the staff were nice. Dr. Katie knows her stuff. We were in/out in a decent amount of time. Claims processing via my insurance only took about 2wks.

I brought my son here by referral from my dentist. He gave high praise to the office. I can easily see why. From the front desk to the back office, everyone was great. Dr. Meg is very sweet and thorough. She was very attentive and I love how knowledgeable she is. The assistant and Dr. Meg made my son comfortable. They are also extremely knowledgeable about IV sedation and I love how cautious they are. Highly recommend this office for your little one!

We're incredibly thankful for Dr. Katie and her team, especially Kimberly, who came to our aid while we were out-of-town guests. Their kindness and outstanding customer service were evident from the moment we walked in. Dr. Katie and her team didn't hesitate to assist us in our time of need. We LOVE Dr. Katie and her whole staff! We have been doing here for years – starting when our daughter was a young toddler and cried her eyes out the whole time. It only took her one visit to realize that this is actually a magical place full of kind, patient people, and that she'll get a toy at the end! The best part for parents is that on top of making kids feel comfortable and safe, the staff runs like a well-oiled (i.e. efficient/quick) machine. We'll never go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about HPPD. We switched from another local office due to insurance after seeing Dr. Katie recommended in many local Facebook groups. I am SO grateful we were "forced" to switch because this is truly the best pediatric dentist office! The staff are so patient and kind, always walking my kids through the process of what to expect when. Our first visit here my then 2 year old was a MESS, but they acted so calm and non-plussed and I was so grateful! This last visit all 3 kids were able to be seen as the same time and it was smooth sailing. The "prize" at the end is always a bonus and I love how clean and new the office is/feels! Highly, highly recommend Dr. Katie and her team for your peds dental needs!!
