Well let's see here: Mary Carpenter is a very excellent social worker and has done so much for me, I can hardly ask for more! Jon the Director is my boy, and has done so much for me exceedingly a lot! All of the staff here, is very caring, kind, and very compassionate towards one another... They are very very appreciated and appreciative hard-working,/ hard workers...and I've been treated very very well ❤️‍🩹... They are like family over here! I can hardly Express how thankful, and my gratitude towards each and every one of them and their families... They are always checking up on me, and asking me how I'm doing for the day and in general... They are I'd say my brand new family... The food is great and greatly tailored appreciated 👍😎👍👍... I can hardly ask for more....Hyde Park Rules...I

Worst experience ever. Could never talk to anyone. Tried calling several times a day to speak with nurse and was always disconnected. When trying to transfer my mom from there into assisted living, they were uncooperative. They even sent in a different assisted living to assess my mom without my knowledge at the same time the assisted living i chose was there. I was never asked if that was ok. Thank God the place i chose for my mom was understanding of the situation we were in and did everything they could to help me to get her out. I would never send anyone there ever! I hope someone reads this before they send a love one there.

You better make sure they are giving your family the right medication. They withheld vital medicine from my loved one and almost killed them. Rooms are dark and staff is smoking all around property. They also put highly contagious people with others and get them sick with deadly pneumonia. The person running this place doesn’t care. Also No parking for visitors if have to park half a mile away!

Amazing !!! Staff is very friendly and the facility itself is clean !!!
