From the moment we walked into your office Renee welcomed us with professional and kindness. And that is how we retreated through the whole experience.. Erica really knows her stuff and took care of us with our insurance and explained to us what to expect. Lauren and Kathy along with doctor Dave took really good care of Rich through the whole process.. They explained things each step of the way what to expect and what was expected from him.. going to the dentist has never been an easy thing for Rich. And yet it won is smooth and is good as it could have.. We would highly recommend anyone. We know that needs in plants to come your way.. We are very thankful for each one of you.. We went to Hybridge after checking out a few other places to check about implants for my wife Tya. When I first went there to ask basic questions the office coordinator Renee was very professional and full of information. After imagining Dr. Westmeyer explained all options in detail, including pricing. Tya opted for a full set of Hybridge upper implants. Lauren provided much work for the pre-op work and post-op work, with Dr. Westmeyer doing the actual implant surgery. Lauren was unbelievably confident in her work and explained everything as the implant process progressed. Dr. Westmeyer would come out and tell me what my wife was doing or should be doing. I had crippling dental phobia. I had to do something, be cause of tooth loss, my anxiety was to the moon. It took every fiber of my being to make an appointment for initial consultation. My first contact was with Rene,and Doctor Dave. I couldn’t even look them in the eye. So as we progessed with appointments my anxiety eased. My initial appointments happened to be with Lauren. God bless her she kept me at ease and peace. Rene, Dr. Dave , and Lauren made my experience much easier than my mind was going to let it. They were the most kind ,caring,professional individuals I ever had the pleasure of meeting. They changed my life. I don’t where to start. My Hybridge experience was super! I was a little anxious starting the implant process, but Dr. Dave and the staff hit it out of the park. I couldn’t have designed it better. Everyone is beyond competent. They are professional, but also warm and friendly. From the always warm welcome (hugs!) from Rene, to the thorough initial presentation by Erika and Dr. Dave Westmeyer, the ace diagnostics from Kathy, and Lauren’s gift of calm reassurance and anticipation of anxieties, while she worked, was unexpected and appreciated. The prospect of the implant surgery was scary: 6 posts on top and 5 on the bottom, plus shaving the lower jaw. I wasn’t looking forward to the pain.
