I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Victoria at the front desk was warm and friendly, making check-in easy and comfortable. Dr. Chan was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His assistants, Emily and Belen, were incredibly kind and supportive throughout my visit. The whole team made me feel respected and at ease. I’m so happy with my dental work and highly recommend this office! 🦷✨

HW Dental Westerville location is awesome as well! Dr Wang is very kind and excellent! Mary is excellent and she did a wonderful job on my cleaning. She was gentle and did not hurt me! She listened and took the time to care for my teeth thank you so much Mary! Also thank you Victoria for always being helpful and kind whenever I call! I appreciate you all. I'm very happy with Dr. Chang and his dental assistant. My favorite part is that they are open Monday through Sunday, which has helped me a lot as someone who works Monday through Friday. Because of that, I don’t have to use any PTO for appointments. The environment is welcoming and makes you feel at home. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed—he made me feel heard and took the time to address my concerns. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be well taken care of.

I’ve been a patient at HW Westerville for around 2 years now and the experience has been great!! Dr Marshall, Yessica and Han always take such good care of me and make me feel comfortable. Overall great staff and service.

I came in for a checkup after a few years of not going to the dentist. I was a bit nervous but everyone was so friendly and nonjudgmental. I was given a treatment plan to get my oral health where it needs to be. I’m very excited be more confident in my smile! I highly recommend HW Dental. 🦷 🤍
