The Kandi and the staff was wonderful to deal with, even with curbside drop off. I felt i was able to ask all my questions and have everything taken care of in a timely manner and best of all when i got the bill i was surprised in a good way. I was able to schedule my cats appointments quickly and even his follow up ones.

We wouldn't take our furbabies anywhere else! They love going to HAAH! Quality care by quality and qualified people that care!

Adopted a dog from the shelter that wasn’t fixed so they had an appointment scheduled with Hurley vet, brought my dog in for spay and they told me they believe she’s been fixed in the past since there is a scar already but to call back if I notice any swelling or bleeding. About a month later I notice swelling and bleeding so call them to inform them what I’ve noticed, they tell me they’ll call me back they wanted to talk to the doctor. Get a call back and they tell me my dog didn’t undergo surgery and I tell them I’m aware but I was told to call back if I notice anything out of the ordinary. They then tell me that they have no record of me on file and to call my vet. I tell them that they are my vet and who looked at my dog in the first place, they just kept telling me to call my vet sinc

I have had some wonderful experiences here and one that left me a little disappointed. I LOVE them for my animals routine visits, check ups etc. When our family had a pet emergency and we were told there was no time I was a bit disheartened by that. We were told we needed to drive 45 minutes away to see a vet while our pet was having seizures. There seemed to be very little concern about an emergency. I can only hope we (or anyone else around here) doesn't have too many pet emergencies. The staff is always wonderful when we visit. They are amazing with pets and people. Just be prepared to have a backup plan in case of emergency.

Brought our dogs here for a long time, and have had the worst experiences. 1.) Our dog was near end of life & in pain, we brought him there to see if there was anything they could do. There “wasn’t.” After seeing him for years, she had no compassion or care. We turned around and brought him to the Ashland vet where they did in fact help him. 2.) Our senior dog was attacked by another dog, pretty brutally and wasn’t sure if she was going to survive. we brought her in right away DURING hours and she said “no we can’t, we’re busy. Bye!” Unless you’re getting your shots or euthanizing an animal I wouldn’t bring them here, even then I still wouldn’t support this business. She doesn’t care about you or most importantly (the comfort of) your pet.
