Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care - Cullman

I changed my PCP, my medical info from previous Dr office was delayed being sent to new Dr, I was running low or out on my meds, my new Dr office suggested I stop by the previous office to speed up the process or visit an urgent care to get the most important meds needed to get me through til info transfer. This place was clean, nice office lady helpful, has a triage to get the "basics" and the Dr was very thorough and I got a 30 day prescription for the meds needed to get me by till info at my new Dr. I plan on using this urgent care if needed in the future. And they took Medicare 😁

10/10 recommend . They’re have the nicest staff. Everybody there was so kind and helpful. They took great care of my child .They even gave him plenty of waters . And was so kind when my child accidentally threw up in the waiting room before leave .

Renee was the absolute best. She works front desk and came back there with my four year old son, who is terrified of doctor’s offices, and made friends with him. He loved her. He even went to her and let her hold him while they were giving him the shot. He has been asking ever since to go to the doctor, which is UNHEARD OF for him and he’s no longer sick so he just wants to go visit I guess. She was the best. I appreciate her more than I could ever tell her. That was on Sunday.

Do not bring your kids here. I tried to bring my kids as they are both very sick and due to their system not being able to text me for some reason they said oh well sorry can't help you. The two women apparently don't have the mental capacity to figure out how to type in insurance cards so they refused us service. One of the women also tried to whine about her 12 hour shift in air conditioning as some sort of justification. All other urgent cares were closed so had to go to the hospital. Truly the worst urgent care experience I've ever had.
