I’m my mother’s caregiver, she is a stroke patient. Our appointment with Huntington Hearing Solutions was exceptional. The office administrator, Cheyenne, was professional, efficient and friendly. The audio specialist, Taylor, was not only professional and thorough, but also patient and accommodating to my mother’s needs. Never once did we feel rushed or cut short with our questions. I look forward to our follow up visits and l would certainly recommend HHS.

Taylor got the perfect fit for my new hearing aids. My ear canals are small and fitting was challenging. Her patient attitude made this new experience less stressful for me.

My experience exceeded expectations. I was reluctant to even go to explore hearing solutions. Taylor was so welcoming and made me feel at ease right away, while at the same time being the ultimate professional with a deep knowledge of her field. I felt that she was honest and did not pressure me at all. Her sensitivity was appreciated as well. Cheyenne in reception was friendly and efficient. All around a good experience.

Initial (1st visit) to Huntington Hearing Solutions. I was very impressed with the level of competence, efficiency, and consideration both Taylor (Board Certified Hearing Specialist) and Cheyenne (Admin/Front Desk) extended to all who came in. Taylor was extremely gracious and caring in the manner in which she approached this initial interview. I left with a huge sigh of relief, knowing my hearing issues are in the very best of care. This was not some anomaly; it's obvious Taylor is highly trained and skilled. Cheyenne, the friendliest face you do want to greet you upon entering. I can't say enough already. Time will tell, of course, but I do not expect anything to slide downhill. I am totally confident, and thank them both. Heartily, and highly recommended.
