Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was prescribed 3 medication the day of my visit and was able to pick up in less than an half hour after leaving the office. Thank you for your service.

No issue with our visits. The Check-in online is easy. I booked the time and arrived for the appoint a little before the appoint to allow for in office check in. Clinical staff and the providers were kind and respectful with my daughter. We got what we needed done, we got her results, and a sick note for school and went on our way. Not sure why there are 1 star reviews. Not sure what people expect from an urgent care. It’s not a pcp and also not the er. Common sense-There’s always a triage system and understand that not all tests result in 5 minutes. I don’t know why people get upset about test processing times. Also be respect of the charting. Arrived early and was seen very quickly. Nurse assistant learned why I was there and then Debbie came and determined next steps. Had xrays done. Debbie began treatment. She made recommendation to see a specialist next day and gave referral. Treatment was really good. Definitely was pleased with service.

I normally do not leave a negative review of any Business ,but I was very disappointed in my Care. I go in with a splitting ongoing headache ,dizzy and Nauseated ongoing for 3 straight days with pressure up the back of my Head. When I finally got to the back after an already long wait in the front. My B/P was taken, it was at a dangerously high level. I Then wait 45 minutes for the Dr. Finally I asked ,When I would be seen since I was the only Patient in the Building!? I was told she's Charting ,she will be right here. I waited another 25 minutes. She finally comes in . I pointed out the reading asking . I wonder if my symptoms are related to that .My B/P was never treated only tested for covid /flu that's it! . I had the best care one could ever ask of.. minus registration(which wasn’t a problem at all), all were very kind, helpful and very considerate of my ailments knew exactly the care needed and the necessary follow-up(s) with them, if needed, also with appropriate Provider to follow up with too. When in need of the best care and not considered an ER visit..make your way to HRUC!! 😊❤️
