Hunt Club Medical

I just started with Hunt club medical as a patient. The staff is phenomenal! Very happy, kind and quick while still being thorough, when I was in the office. But my prescription had to be changed 3 times due to issues with various pharmacies filling it. Each time I needed it changed, they were right on it and more than happy to help. I am very impressed. I haven’t seen that level of service in many medical offices.

The 2 days, January 8 and 12 I brought my 93 year old mother who took a fall off 1 step was excellent surface. My mom has an artificial hip and 2 artificial knees. Both times they x-rayed her hip and knee and helped her understand that there was no damage. They even provided a copy of the x-rays she can take home and share with her Ohio doctor. From the front desk to LaNiya to Dr. Annita Garcia the service was excellent. Making an appointment makes it more convenient and not much wait time. I would say if you want to keep your good people, give them a raise. Excellent customer service. Good job.

I just got off the phone with Brittany and she spent a lot of time answering very specific questions about my insurance and walking me through the ins and outs of the practice and steps I need to follow for my plan. She took the time to educate me which I found so valuable. I look forward to establishing at the practice to have as my PCP and she is the reason I am choosing the practice at this time. I hope she is recognized for her exceptional care and helpfulness.

This is the worst practice I’ve ever encountered! My parents and I have decided to go for their medical treatment elsewhere. My mother went to Dr. Toochinda on Jan 26, and the doctor diagnosed her with Shingles. She went in again on Feb 6, as the rash spread and the itching was agonizing, and the Doctor told her it wasn’t Shingles but could be some kind of psoriasis and recommended go to her dermatologist to get a biopsy. My mother asked if it was scabies, as the assisted living nurse said it looked like scabies. The doctor told my mother and me the rash didn’t look like scabies or contagious, and even wrote a note for the assisted living facility that it wasn't contagious. Mom saw the dermatologist today, and the dermatologist diagnosed it as a very bad case of scabies, and now my father

I’ve had such a great experience at Hunt Club Medical! I’ve been a patient since 2007 and the doctors and office staff are always friendly and welcoming. The environment feels calm and clean, and I never feel rushed during my visits. I especially want to recognize my physician, Dr. Michael Gordon - currently he is the head physician and he’s amazing! He’s attentive, caring, and really takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. He truly cares about her patients’ well-being and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and informed. I always leave feeling confident in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon and his selection of physician staff. All are amazing and the whole Hunt Club Medical team!
