READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE! This place does not care for their patients at all, so if you want to risk you or your loved ones being at the grave then the decision is yours. The receptionist (old Asian female) was extremely disrespectful, the way she was treating me and my family was so demeaning. Why work at a medical place where you help people when you can’t be compassionate to them? Whoever is in charge of this place, please manage your employees or hire educated people who have a good sense of morals. Also, why do you have to book a walk-in? Isn’t booking a walk-in basically an appointment?

Very poor customer service. Extremely rude office staff who just doesn't care about what they do. The doctor is more concerned about money and his pride than the well being of his patients. Even getting records are difficult and affecting other processes we have going on that relies on these records. They are breaking medical and privacy laws. Will be reporting it to the medical board.

My mom can’t get an appointment to see doctor for over 2 weeks due to “your insurance is not working”, check with insurance there was no issue , still refused to book her. Went to ER, confirmed that her toe is fractured. Came back to the office, would not let her see the doctor until she is loudly complains. They finally give her an appointment 530pm the next day!? The whole experience was complicated with rude , uneducated, inhumane staffs. She’s in desperation to get a referral otherwise she doesn’t want to deal with them. They shouldn’t be in this business if you don’t want to help people!!! I think you have to give them “tip” or have elite insurance to be seen; otherwise they made up excuses to not see you. I had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly and I received excellent service.

I have been seeking medical care since December, and after nearly two months, I still have not received my blood test paperwork or the required authorization to see a specialist. Throughout this time, all staff members keep blaming one another. I have been asked to call back and forth more than ten times. I was even told to come in to pick up documents, but in the end, they were not the authorization papers I actually needed. As for the blood test paperwork, I was again told to wait because it still needs approval. This office accepts a very high volume of patients, but they do not take responsibility for proper patient care.
