We in Humboldt are blessed to have Dr. Flores & his wonderful wife that have truly stepped up to ensure our pets, our family, have somewhere to get medical care. They are wonderful care providers, they work hard to manage our local veterinarian offices in Fortuna & Ferndale, and they are inspirational small business owners. Absolutely horrible. Their communication is horrible. Two days in a row been denied services and then she wants to play games telling me. Oh I could wait on standby and she might be seen and then says right after that OK well she’s not gonna be seen today at all so you’ll have to go to Fortuna. I got here literally at 8 o’clock first off. Don’t waste my time second off. Horrible customer service absolutely horrible customer service.

The entire Staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They treat our Pets with great care! I reccomend Ferndale Veterinary all the time. ❤🐾

Someone took our cat in who was chipped and had her put down the same day she "went missing". The vet saw our missing ad on Craigslist and called to let us know about the "simple case of mistaken identity"... Xena was a child's emotial support animal, she was loved, she was young, healthy and she was chipped. 💔 They won't disclose who took her 30 minutes away to get euthanized. Some one drove 30 minutes away with our talkative cat and didn't realize it wasn't their old sickly cat. Very suspicious. Thanks for the ashes and the rock though. If anyone has been through this? We would like some help getting the name of the person who took her in 🕊️ It's been really hard to greive without answers

We have visited both Fortuna and Ferndale locations, for our aging cat and puppy. They have consistently provided top-notch service and care for our fur babies, to include helping our sweet girl cross the rainbow bridge with dignity. We highly recommend!
