Hugo Dental Care

I have attended this dentist for years and the dentists were wonderful. I had an old bill that was sent to the wrong address multiple times and I did not receive it. Casey, front desk staff, was very rude over the phone to me but reported to the owner that I was rude. I was confused and now they no longer allow my self or son to receive dental care at their clinic. I did owe a bill, and I paid it in full once I was notified of it over the phone. I will always advocate for myself, especially when mail was going to the wrong address. They did update my address, and Julie is always kind and understanding. Have no idea why Casey was continously rude and then said I was the issue. I am a SW and DV/SV advocate who loved this office. But, Ive seen the true colors and will move on I guess.

Hugo Dental Care got my fiancé in the same day for an emergency crown replacement! We were leaving out of town the next week, and they went above and beyond to help us get a rush on the permanent replacement. Very happy with their service — super nice and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!

I think it's been about 20 years that I've been coming to this dental office. My husband, son and Mom also come here. I've never had a bad experience and would recommend them highly. Dr Ecklund and Dr Merritt are both wonderful and Justin, Mary and the other hygienists are always happy and helpful! I'm so grateful for their care!

I have been having my dental work done at Hugo Dental for more than a decade. From cleanings, to repairing damaged fillings, to locating and repairing cracked teeth, they have helped me out on many occasions. Every experience has been friendly and professional.
