Hugh's Pharmacy

I was directed to come here to get help with my meds since I couldn't afford them, the church was helping me out and as soon as they knew who I was, they were instantly rude and it was the first time I had even stepped into the place. They told me it could be a 2 hr wait just to have papers faxed over from Walmart. I even asked why everyone was so frantic and got no reply! Will never be back.

Terrific service always. Very accommodating and helpful every time I have needed them for myself and for my patients. Would highly recommend as a top tier pharmacy for counseling and for expedited filling of prescriptions.

I must say that I really ( really), like this Pharmacy! I relocated to Alabama & I first used Hugh's, because it was in the hospital. It only took that one time, for me to continue using them because of the customer service! I have never felt so well taken care of by a Pharmacy! I'm also hearing impaired , so understanding is a bit difficult for me.....Everyone that I have come in contact with at Hugh's Pharmacy (after explaining that I read lips) has always looked directly at me,so I can read their lips & understand them, even the delivery person! Oh, Did I mention, they Deliver! 😁 I highly recommend this Pharmacy! I won't go anywhere else & I tell as many people as possible about them. I truly wish that I could give Hughes pharmacy zero stars because that’s what they deserve! I was looking to change pharmacies to a hometown type of pharmacy, so I called and spoke with the pharmacist about me, transferring my prescriptions to Hugh’s pharmacy. While I was on the phone with her, she was fairly nice and said that me moving my Scripts over there wouldn’t be a problem, so silly me thought it wouldn’t be a problem for me to bring my husbands as well when I got there, she was nasty and rude, and quite honestly outright hateful! I knew the one script didn’t fill till the second and that wasn’t a problem for me. I just wanted to drop it off while I was in the area. But apparently to the pharmacist, this was an issue because she brought it up. I’m not sure why you have to be so dis
