Hugh Health - Express Care - Dobson

On a Sunday afternoon my sons fever shot up to 104. I called around to urgent cares and most were too busy. Called Hugh Chatham and they said I could come despite them closing at 4:00. I got there at 3:45 and the door was locked. I knocked and called and could see the receptionist. She was ignoring me. I kept knocking and finally she came to the door. I explained I called ahead and they told me to come. She and the rest of the front staff were so unpleasant and made me feel bad. I kept apologizing for it being late and they just ignored me completely. Once in a room the nurse was very nice. She made us feel welcome and cared for. Only reason I gave 2 stars. The PA was ok. Not overly friendly for sure but did his job. My sons fever was 105 when they took it and I’d think they would have und

Candace is not someone I will ever recommend seeing. I do recommend taking your money elsewhere. The lack of care I experienced here is unacceptable. They tested me and then wrote me off and said they would call me with results. I went back in the same day after a negative result to speak to the doctor because it is obvious I have an infection and needed an antibiotic. They told me they would run another test but would make me pay again to see if it is bronchitis or something else. Just letting everyone know the quality of the people you are trusting to treat you before wasting your time and money.*

Went to this location on A Tuesday just last week, the physician on duty looked at my kids and I stated she saw nothing wrong. Come Friday 4-28-23, all 4 of us still sick. We went to our doctor. All 3 have a double ear infection plus a bad virus. Will not return. The front desk Staff is the only nice thing about this place

I went in early Saturday morning with intense back pain. I was seen very quick and received great care by the great staff at dobson urgent care.

Recent experience was great! Staff was very helpful and attentive!
