This is my go to for an urgent care. Super friendly staff, never more than 5 minute wait time and extremely thorough. Hopefully no one needs emergency help but if they do I’ll send them your way!

I had to go in to get my stitches cut out real quick one day after work. My stitches were starting to get painful because my figure was healing. When I got them at the hospital, the doctor told me that I could get them out anywhere. So, I had called in early that day to confirm their closing time(6:30). I worked hard to get there before, I got there at 6:15. When I got there the receptionist said, “do you know we close at 6:30?” I replied “yes I called to confirm and I tired to get here as soon as I could”. She continued to try give me an appointment and tell me I had to do paperwork. I have been seen there before so I know I did not need to do that and the 5 stitches were not going to take long to get out. So she got the nurse and she thought my thumb was infected so I finally got to the

I find it hard to believe this practice gets a five star rating. My elderly parents go there, have to share a visit with the dr who barely listens to their symptoms and rushes them out as quickly as possible. When my mother expressed her concern on her continued unexplained weight loss and other painful stomach issues, the dr. dismissed it with "well, I did want you to lose some weight" not, "let's see if there are tests to be to be done to rule out serious colon issues, etc".

Had appointment today at 10:15am. Got there about quarter of 10am. Left me sitting in a room for over an hour and 20 minutes. That is totally unexceptable. Why do they even take on a patient when they don't have time for them. And this isn't the first time I've been ignored at Clingman medical
