I had a wonderful experience working with Shantel, the treatment plan coordinator at this office. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient in explaining all my options. I really appreciated how clearly she broke everything down — from the treatment plan itself to the financial details — and made sure I fully understood each step before moving forward. Shantel also followed up promptly, kept me informed throughout the process, and genuinely made me feel comfortable and confident about my decisions. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with warmth and care. She truly represents the best of what great patient service should be.

I had an amazing experience here. From the moment I walked in, Shauntel greeted me and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She promptly checked me in and provided me with new patient paperwork. Office was very clean and created a comfortable atmosphere. Dr took their time to explain everything to me for my cleaning. Shauntel also checked me out seamlessly and booked my 6 month cleaning appointment. Overall great experience and friendly staff.

Lakeside has done a fantastic job at taking care of all my dental needs. There staff is always so nice. Especially Summer she has made me feel so comfortable every time i have came over the past year. This is the place to truly bring your whole family.

It was my first visit to Huffman Lakeside Family Dentistry this morning and I was very impressed!! The two receptionists, Jatera the dental nurse, and Dr. Reddy the dentist, were exceptionally caring, respectful, thorough and professional. I am usually not very good at dentists but this was a very positive experience. I am very glad that I have chosen them for my dental care! Thank you!

This is an awesome place with warm, respectful, friendly, and informative staff. It's honestly a breath of fresh air considering medical and dental practices in the Houston area. In the years I've been taking my children here, I've not had one problem and always look forward to our appointments because I know it won't be stressful, we will be comfortable and they will be helpful and attentive.
