Originally, we were very happy with their customer service and the fact that they could get my son in as an emergency appointment. But we are very unhappy that they only gave him a low dosage of ibuprofen after getting three impacted wisdom teeth pulled out where two was infected. He’s been in excruciating pain. I just can’t believe they didn’t give him anything stronger like they always did. I understand that you’re scared. Everybody is going to turn into a heroin addict, but that that’s not reality… Enough meds for at least the first 2 days would not have hurt anyone!!!!! Just sad they do that to people !!! Anybody getting this done is to ask first from your oral surgeon when you have a major procedure done like this Is going to be for the first few days. It’s not right to have someo

Scheduled an appointment back in May for wisdom teeth extraction and I thought I was good to go until the appointment. Suddenly they call me a few weeks before my appointment telling me they canceled it because they don’t accept any Medicaid insurance anymore. I needed this surgery asap, but they just cancelled on me without any remorse or giving me any other options. I’m very disappointed.

I called because I had tooth pain and needed teeth pulled, they made an appointment for that very day! The staff were super nice and patience with me, as I had many questions.the doctor was excellent, very gentle. My teeth were pulled quickly and painlessly. they accepted my insurance as full payment too.i had an overall good experience with them, and highly recommend them.

I stopped in today to make an appointment for a tooth extraction. There was an opening and they took me in within fifteen minutes. The girl and the front desk was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was very impressed with my dental assistant, Caroline, she was very good, very friendly, and just an all around pleasure through the entire process. Dr. Song did the procedure. It was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

My son needed to get a couple teeth extracted in May for braces, the staff was wonderful. Everyone was polite and helpful. The whole building was clean and inviting. I highly recommend Hudson valley oral surgery.
