showed up to urgent care I was told their was a balance of $500 I used the last of my HSA paid $250 then was told my account was still locked and no one in my household could make an appointment at their location untill it was paid in full. Keep in mind I have insurance that is taken at this location. Disgusting way to treat people. I will go anywhere else before ever returning here

I would not recommend this urgent care. While the staff was kind it took until the next day to confirm influenza A. Every urgent care I've been to in the past can confirm in 10-15 minutes.

Brought in our daughter and had a horrible experience. We were turned away at 7:50 and sent to the ER. The ER doctor took one look at our daughter, who had blisters/ sores the size of nickels that ran all down her back from an aggressive rash, and we were told to put aquaphor on it. Brought her in the next day to Baldwin, and she had an aggressive skin infection that required topical and oral antibiotics.

I came into urgent care today sicker than I have been in a long time. I got the most amazing care from the whole team. I cannot thank the team enough for the kindness, skill and excellent care.
