I saw Melissa O'Keefe PA. She was very judgemental and smug with the way she talked to me. I don't recommend.

I am not a fan of urgent care. When I asked for a doctors note, the Dr. left the room and started talking badly about the workplace where I work, calling my bosses micromanaging because I asked for a doctors note I also left urgent care with a needle still attached to me. When I invoiced my concerns, they called me back and only seem interested in the part where the doctor was talking bad. Not about the fact that they sent me with a needle still stuck in my arm not once did they ask if I was OK. Or asked for me to come back to get checked.

Now I will admit that the new hospital is absolutely better. I'm most definitely impressed and the stuff they have I wish I did have. 😅but this whole Old and New Hospital is rubbing me the most ABSOLUTE wrong way. You'd think there's all the care in the New Hospital since they spent 50 million dollars. WRONG. I've done nothing back and forth S*it for a month. I'm honestly gonna start looking for New Hospital that can be easier. One that is beyond more organized and ONLY has one building. At the old hospital it's required mask and the new one no masks??? It's confusing me. Might I add there is a lady there that literally is one of the ABSOLUTE B*tchest lady I know she don't welcome you, she make you wait while she is on the phone. Told random staff HIGHLY personal information while I was waiting in the exam room. I could hear them in the hallway. Extremely embarrassing and unprofessional.
