I went to HH in Salem for the first time today. I saw Dr. Southerland, who was wonderful. He is my new primary care physician and I couldn't be happier. I was delighted with the care I received. The RN who took my history (Abbie) was excellent, too

Relocated here from Moreau as it is closer to us. My husband and I were happy with our physical visits and they were quick, the doctors and nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and friendly and the facility is new and clean. Our son’s visit today went well too but we were a bit caught off guard by how long it took. Anticipating under an hour visit like we were used to at Moreau, I scheduled other appointments for my husband and I after our son’s at another office. We ended up missing those appointments as his ended up taking 2 hours. (Arrived quarter to 1, his appointment time and didn’t leave until 20 to 3.) I would say allow yourself plenty of time if going here and anticipate a wait. It is a 50/50 chance it will be quick or not.

Dr Sutherland is an excellent provider. I highly recommend him. Great bedside manner and always thoroughly explains plans and remedies. Very attentive and well educated on current approaches

First I’d like to say that I am happy for the Salem community that they have such a beautiful facility. The staff is friendly and courteous and my doctor Southerland and his nurse Jenna are wonderful. I travel from Chestertown to my appointments and consider it a very small price for the quality care I receive

Jillian the nurse practitioner is incredible. We had such a great experience with her. Our two year-old son loved her and she was a wealth of information and kindness!
