Hudson Headwaters Health Network: Deprey Ellen

Everyone at the Hudson Headwaters Health Network in North Creek are helpful friendly and professional. The waiting areas are clean, new, looking, comfortable and appealing. All the doctor patients rooms are clean with new looking equipment. But most of all the doctors, PAs and nurses I’ve seen at this facility are fabulous. I’m so grateful for this facility and the health care you bring to the community.

I would give this review zero stars if possible. I had to transfer to them when my OB/GYN office closed. I needed a prescription pre-authorization sent to my insurance company. The doctor who wrote the prescription had transferred to this office. I transferred my records to them, offered to come in for an appointment, stopped in their office twice to check on the authorization, and called several times for an update. Once the insurance company faxed them the form at my request. Two weeks ago I came home to two different messages from their office. The first one said that my prescription had been called into my pharmacy two weeks before. The next message said that my paperwork was in the "pre-authorization" department. Today I called my insurance company and explained what was happ
