Strongly recommend! Dr. Shepherd has been my optometrist for over five years. He's always very professional and friendly. I trust his knowledge and experience. They are also very patient. It took me quite a few tries before I got the right contact prescription. They were very understanding, and they did not have even the slightest issue with me coming in every couple of weeks to tweak the prescription and order new trial lenses. No complaints at all! I appreciate everything they do and how well they treat their clients.

This place is the best eye doctors I've been to! Dr. Shepherd cares for each of his patients. He helps you find the exact lenses and frames you need. The assistants are also a tremendous help. They all are so nice and welcoming. If I could give more stars, I definitely would! Definetly going back!

I can not express just how amazing the office staff and doctors are at this office. I am greeted with a smile, I am shown extra care during my exam, and provided great customer service when choosing my glasses/contacts. I feel like family. They truly care about their customers and give 150% each and every time! I would not trust my eye care with any other place. Only wish I could give more stars!

I just had an eye exam with Dr Shepherd and I will absolutely be coming back. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They ask if you have any questions through the entire process and it was very fast. I’m very happy with how my appointment went.
