This group of professionals, were the kindest and calming group of people that could be. Dr. Montano was absolutely brilliant in the procedure that I have gotten. The office manager Laurie was so friendly and lovely to all that entered the office. Highly recommended by my experience.

Honestly disappointed with this practice. My very first appointment went just fine, was told I had multiple cavities because apparently there’s a wrong way to brush your teeth? Sad. Anyways, the price was right and I had only just gotten dental after years of unfortunately not having it so I decided to make appointments to get one filled each appointment. The first filling went fine aside from the assistant running back and telling my mom about my treatment (I’m 20 so that’s considered illegal) but it seems she did not check my chart and thought I was younger. I didn’t care much though, thankfully I have a great relationship with mom and would have told her myself anyways. Next appointment was hell. I visited this dental office as a new patient to have a chipped tooth repaired. I explained that I previously had a composite on the tooth and simply wanted it redone. The dentist examined it and recommended a veneer, which I declined since I had never needed one before.After the composite was redone, the color of the tooth appeared noticeably brown and did not match my other teeth. To make matters worse, there was dried blood left on my tooth when the procedure was finished. I was extremely uncomfortable with the result and returned to have it corrected. When I mentioned that the color did not match, the dentist responded by saying my teeth were “just yellow,” despite the fact that I’ve had professional whitening treatments. Went to this dentist for a cleaning. Dr. Montano.. they told me a need my previous crown redone for cosmetic purposes, even though I have no pain. When they redo the crown they chip the root of my tooth and I have the worst pain in my mouth of my life. i go back to see them and they tell me i need to see the endodontist upstairs Dr Glen Mitchell, who probably gives them kick backs. He redoes the root canal ( a very expensive and long process). After a year the root becomes infected and i have to get the tooth extracted. Now I have to get an implant which costs $7,000! I'm out thousands of dollars and years of my life all thanks to HSM dental! Stay away!!
