Heather is an amazing provider and she takes any issues I have very seriously, she's very professional and the staff there is completely amazing. I have never been called the wrong name and I would 100% recommend this practice to trans and LGBT+ people.

Dr. Yazdani is so wonderful. She was so kind and patient and really made me feel cared for. She let me address concerns and I felt ZERO judgement the entire time. Her nurses were super nice too. So happy I found a good doctor ☺️

Update to below: After being scolded on the phone, by the Dr, like I am a child, I will be looking for a new Dr. Very surprising and disappointing encounter! Been coming here for 20+ years. Never had any issues. Dr Crabtree (retired), Dr Yazdani and Bree have provided attentive, quality care to me.

I have been meaning to do this for so long. I moved here from N.W. Florida a year ago. I was diagnosed with RSD in 1999. Since 2011, following a horrible year of losing my only sibling, my Mother, only living Grandmother, and both my Aunt and Uncle...I started a flare that has not done anything but get worse with every day. I see P.A. Dr. Sarah Blank, and when I say she saved my life...I TRULY MEAN THAT!!! I have been treated with so much kindness and empathy there, and I know that I have found a home. Cheyenne, who is her Nurse...and Barb at the front desk...have been so concerned about me. I wish that I could send catered meals and fruit trays to them everyday. If I could..it would never be enough to show my gratitude for all they do for me. I know that if, when, I have another flare/exa
