Had been going here for years. However a new nurse recently started there, she is rude and unprofessional. Also feel as if being scheduled for appointments unnecessarily. Went to appointment, said they did not need new blood test, they could use results from previous test that had just been taken less than a month prior. I offered to do blood test. Was supposed to be called by nurse the following day to discuss new medications they would prescribe based on previous blood work. Never received a call. I called them after a week, was told needed to come in and get another blood test. Went in for new blood work. Was told I would get a call the next day to discuss medications they would prescribe after blood test results. Nurse was rude and unprofessional, saying how busy they had been and how

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Just kidding. Here’s your 1 star.) I only visited this office ONCE at the end of 2024, and I’ve received no less than FIVE separate bills since then. I have paid them all, thinking it was handled. Nope. They just keep coming. This place is a scam factory in a white coat. The front desk didn’t explain anything important for first-time patients, and the doctor didn’t take a single note or write anything down during our appointment. He seemed totally checked out, like he was just trying to wrap up the day. The whole thing felt awkward, rushed, and weirdly casual for something I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for. There was no real care or attention given, just a massive bill for what felt like a “get to know you” chat. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs

Totally incompetent care and the people of this area deserve better. Also, center of Medicare and Medicaid services should be informed of FRAUDULENT practices. They tried to order unnecessary blood tests for a problem that can ONLY be assessed with a urine culture with PCR...which they were specifically informed and refused to do so. They cannot accurately treat a problem if they don't even have the knowledge to properly assess the issue. People of this area are getting subpar care and most of them probably don't even know. As a medical provider, this place needs to do better and improve their medical knowledge or at least listen to other medical providers.

On travel from Arizona with a rash on my leg. They got me in the next day and for the same cash price as a typical Urgent Care with my insurance. Dr. Ambuske diagnosed it as ring worm and got the prescription called in right away. Much better than waiting an undefined amount of time without an appointment at an Urgent care.

This place is amazing! I had a broken hand over the holiday weekend and these guys didn’t turn me down even with a busy schedule! Everyone who I’ve met that works here is very polite, and compassionate to those who come in. This place is a 10/10 for customer service and an overall experience. Thank you again Rikki!
