Howell Dental Center

Used a different local dentist last year. Several thousand dollars later, several crowns that still are a problem I made the switch to Howell dental. Had a crown done today. Fits correctly and my face is not throbbing. Great job Dr. Thayer. I will be back!

Bait and switch on insurance plans. When I made first appointment i verified they took our insurance. When I received bill for several thousand $$ they said "Oh, well the dentist YOU saw is not participating." Turns out they lots of dentists, but only one that participates in MY plan.

AMAZING STAFF! Knowledgeable dentist and assistant. Friendly and polite secretary. They don’t get all bent out of shape if you’re running late, either. I mean, we do have kids and things happen sometimes, and they are very understanding in regards to this. Never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen nor have I ever been there more than an hour (we have had 7 visits since they’ve opened). AMAZING FACILITY! Brand new building that is clean. I’ve been to other pediatric dentists, and Dr. Gail has the most dental tools and equipment that I’ve ever seen. State of the art! With any and everything to accommodate your little one. They even have TVS on the ceiling so they can watch cartoons while being examined!!!!!!! AMAZING ENVIRONMENT! Beautifully decorated with lots of toys and books to enjoy.

Great office to get dental work done. Pleasant staff and great explanation of treatment by coordinator and hygienist was great for cleaning
