Howard's Pharmacy

Today I called Howard's and was transferred to a woman who came across very rude. She told me she couldn't mail my Rx because "You didn't pay me for the ones I mailed out last month". I am fairly new to this pharmacy and last month she said she would "go ahead and mail them out" since I didn't have the money to pay for shipping. I presumed they were mailing it as a courtesy...she did not say anything about a charge or to pay in the future. Her tone was not polite today. I told her I could pay for last month and today's Rx. She said she would send them out. However, this will be the last month I use Howard's pharmacy because I do not appreciate the way I was treated. I previously received good service from the men I spoke to there. Maybe she was having a bad day but the attitude was not app

Really nice people working here only problems I've have was the hospital's lack of communication with them makes it hard sometimes to get perceptions over all really good place and people

The only pharmacy in town. Very busy and no real patient education. Often.aloof and rude. Cashiers in the front at least are friendly. The only meds I get there are those for short term treatment, or are new, until I can transfer the Rx.

This is a really great pharmacy for such a small town. It has outstanding customer service. I needed to buy some ice traction spikes for my shoes during the winter. I went in, couldn't find them, and asked one of the guys for help. He happily came out and helped me find what I was looking for. The selection of nutritional supplements is perfectly sufficient unless you have some sort of strange undiscovered disease. They carry things like braces for ankles and wrists (which I have used myself). Overall it's a really great little store. 5/5 would recommend

Howard's is the best pharmacy in this area! Customer service is 100% top rank only by their staff. The pharmacist goes above and beyond helping customer's with knowledge of various medications and solutions. This store will deliver your medication's which is awesome for those who can't always make an in-store visits. They have a great selection of many fun items, sundry, greeting cards lots more than I can list, like special holiday gifts and cards. household goods, children's toys.. including shipping and receiving for Fed-Ex, UPS, Amazon now too! and postal services and photo development and I think a copier!
