I call to make appointment. The secretary was unprofessional talking. She was explain the availability dates and the location. We walk talk about the day but unfortunately the dates that she provide me it doesn’t work for me. I was talking with her to see what days I can. I call this number because I saw the review fantastic but also my doctor recommend me with Dr Howard. I had bad experience with the secretary Diana Mejia. She told me the name, She was impatient, why didn't I decide one day and she made me notice it with her tone of voice and with her sigh. She told me how long we'd been on the call, which also took time to type in all my information. The doctor may be very good, but the girl making the appointment is causing him to lose clients.
