Alicia RDH and Dr. Andrea were wonderful! Thorough, fast, and efficient! Even when maintaining efficient speed, they didn't lose their friendly human touch as you find at some practices. They still took the time to chit chat here and there, and didn't make me feel rushed to get questions or statements out. Super friendly staff all around! From the front door to the op room. I love that my hygienist did a thorough scaling. Dr. Andrea is not an aggressive treatment planner, and I loved that about her. Very refreshing from a provider. She gave options regarding a tooth I had concerns about, and involved me in my own care. When asked for her honest opinion as far as what route she'd choose personally, she did so respectfully and without imposing. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. 10/10.

I experienced some discomfort over the holidays and used the online appointment scheduling since all offices were closed - I was able to get an urgent "pain" appointment within 48hours of them re-opening. We are new to the area and a friend recommended Dr. Makolondra. I have had horrible dental experiences in the past. Was able to schedule an appointment right after the holiday. First, the online scheduling was simple and easy. Second, there were a few follow-up texts and emails to confirm the appointment which I appreciate. Third, the office was extremely clean and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Fourth, the initial tech took me back on time! Very friendly people and makes your experience comfortable! The wait can sometimes take some time but they're a small building with a lot of people and appointments. I got extra stuff with my teeth care goody bag after my appointment was done, too!

Extremely bad customer service. I had an appointment, arrived on time, and was in intense pain. They told me they had called earlier to cancel due to no provider !!! . Being turned away like this while suffering was unacceptable. At first, they are very welcoming—until you pay and sign up. After that, the way you’re treated completely changes.

Dr. Andrea is phenomenal and does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment. She consistently checks in and lets you know her plan moving forward and the best way to get long term results.
