I've been going to Dr. Balm for years and he is the BEST! He is very caring and thorough. Love the staff they make you feel at home. I highly recommend him.

I had a terrific experience with Dr. Baum and his staff. Everyone is incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Baum spent more than enough time with me explaining my conditions, risks, and treatments. Unfortunately, I mistook my insurance websites information stating Dr. Baum practices at St. Joe's. I'm in the process of accumulating all providers in one place. Dr. Baum only does procedures there. I left an apology for my misunderstanding and thanked all for the experience. He had a staff member leave a message with providers he thought highly of. Another staff member called when I didn't respond to the message making sure I had the names of Dr. Baum's recommendations to aid me in finding what I was looking for. The world needs more kind people like these individuals.

He is a very caring doctor taking his time with you and he's very very thorough he loves helping people and making them better . he has a great staff they are very Pleasant and friendly and do whatever they can do to help you if I could I would give him a 10 and his staff and not a five

Amazing doctor. My father had a positive sign of colon cancer and we got the news on new year’s eve. My father has heart problems and almost had a heart attack upon finding out. He was able to help calm my father and assure him the tests can sometimes come out positive due to polyps and anfew other things. He was able answer all of my fathers questions without hesitation. Luckily the day of the retest it was a false reading and he showed up negative for the cancer. We need more doctors like a doctor Baum. Highly recommend him to anyone and would not think twice to go see him again. Very professional, intelligent, and definitely one of a kind. Thank you for helping my father.

Definitely a Top Doctor! Dr Baum gave me a thorough examination, answered every single question and made me feel confident about my health. Helpful and friendly staff. The office was very easy to locate, with plenty of parking. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Baum to all my friends.
