This Dr moved behind Walmart and did not post on his old place where he moved. It was impossible to find his new place. Even if you Google it, it takes you to his old office. He needs to update his new office. Space. On Google so People can find him a little bit easier.

Dr Epstiens office staff are a clown show. CVS called them 2x to refill a script, I called them once, took them 2 months to fill a prescription.. THERE IS MORE! Then I called them ahead of an appointment for the bloodwork order to be sent to Quest. They call me and tell me they sent it, I go to quest no bloodwork order sent. I try to go to their office to get paper bloodwork order, THEY MOVED AND DIDNT TELL THEIR PATIENTS. There was an elderly couple standing outside their old address waiting in the Florida heat for a cab. I get the address and the office manager tells me she has no answers for any of the things that are happening. I took off work and drove 45 mins to his office for the staff to tell me someone forgot to document my appointment so I set another one then I took another half day of work to attend. I was having some organ prolapse and wanted a second opinion. My OB/GYN and my pelvic floor therapist both recommended that I get a second opinion. My doctor contacted Dr. Epstein's office 10-days ago to set up an appointment for me. Despite a subsequent follow up from my doctor's office and a voice mail I left with his office, no response was received from Dr. Epstein's office. If this is the level of attention his office gives to patient's, don't waste your time with him. Many of his other patient reviews are not too flattering either.

Doctors and PA are great. Cannot get anyone to answer phone or call back. Husband has been waiting for a referral to Gainesville for robotic prostate surgery. Gainesville has requested pathology reports twice to get appointments scheduled. We have called and no response. Cancer waits for no one. Please get something done for us Dr. Epstein.
