I've been going to this office for 20 years or more I usually see Dr tiring and I've seen some other doctors in that office today I was scheduled to see Dr Mays. Had the worst experience ever she came into the room told me I needed to get some blood work which I told her I already had so as I'm pulling it up for the nurse to go show her she proceeds to leave and go home for the day I was charged a $50 copay and never did finish my visit with the doctor I will never be going back to this practice again I work in the medical field myself and that doctor is horrible has no concern or care for her patients worst experience ever I will never be back. I will say that my nurse was very sweet polite and helpful

AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! *I tried but this would not post with zero stars!* This office used to be run by Stephen K. Tyring, MD, PhD and my experience was good previously. I take Skyrizi for severe psoriasis and I had been going here for years without issues until now. I would go in yearly and do a checkup and bloodwork and they would send and renew my prescriptions. My office switched our Insurance from Blue Cross to United Healthcare So I called they to update and they said wouldn’t send the prescription as I haven’t been in a while which is fine, so if I came in to get a checkup and see the doctor, then they would send the prescription for me. I had an extremely unprofessional, insensitive, and callous experience during my recent visit with Dr. Rana M. Mays, who was filling in for the physician, Dr. Tyring, while he was out of town. I have received care from Dr. Tyring and others from his practice, and it has always been compassionate, effective, and professional. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite of what I’ve come to expect, and I will not be returning because of it. From the start, Dr. Mays showed little interest in listening to me or asking important questions about my medical history. Always a good and friendly experiences from the staff and his nurse. Dr. Tyring is the best! Immediately gives a well informed answer to my questions.

Dr. A was awesome! Very gentle and very thorough! The staff was also very kind and on point with my problems! Did a great job!!!!
