I sent a message yesterday to have my appointment for tomorrow morning canceled, also called today and still received an email to confirm my appointment and to get me a "Friendly Reminder that if the appointment is not canceled 72 hours prior the appointment I would be charged $100" -Reminder sounds like something you already disclose and I was never told anything about such ridiculous policy, also maybe you should enforce same policy yo have your employees answering the phones as seems impossible to cancel otherwise. I chose this location as my husband had a good experience with his colonoscopy. Answer the darn phones our time is valuable too

My mom has been seeing Dr. Nunez since he was at his old office, he is a great doctor, but now her prescriptions are out of refills and it has been a nightmare to get her meds again. As a new patient, you sign a paper saying to give them 3 business days to get your refills/medications and that has not been the case. Meds are very important for liver patients, I’m not sure why they are taking so long. Incredibly frustrating! Multiple calls and still nothing at this point.

This review is for the location at building 5, Dr. Patel's office. Dr. Patel himself and his NP (not sure of her name or actual title, but you get it) were decent. I didn't feel rushed and they listened to my concerns. The office staff is terrible. The first issue happened when I was scheduled for a colonoscopy/endoscopy. I paid the rather large appointment fee and walked out of the office with an appointment date and paperwork with highlighted dates and instructions and prescriptions. The day before my procedure I started my prep as instructed, only to find out that the office never actually scheduled my procedure with the facility. They forgot. My appointment with Dr. Nunez was a satisfactory experience. He took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, thoroughly explained every detail, and shared his assessment along with the treatment plan for future reference. He maintained professionalism and demonstrated care throughout the consultation. I felt very comfortable and at ease. His staff also exhibited professionalism and dedication in their duties. I definitely recommend them!

Dr Guha is an exceptional doctor, he was so thorough and informative. He explained all sorts of things to me that I never knew. He didn't rush me and really listened which is really important to me in a doctor! The staff are also really great, friendly and helpful! His office is nowhere near close to me but I will make the 40 minute drive and not complain because he is just that good! I left his office feeling so much better, I know I'm in good hands with Dr Guha!
