Dr. Samuel Gardner and the entire ER Team, Thank you for the excellent care and professionalism you provided during my visit. I am truly grateful for the compassion shown at every step. A special word of appreciation to Emily, Vincent, and Daniel for their kindness and skill in nursing care—they made a difficult situation feel manageable. My thanks also to Lisa at the front desk for her warm and welcoming demeanor, and to Melwin for his help and support. Your dedication and teamwork made all the difference. Today I took my son to the ER. The doctor was very polite, attentive, and helpful, and I really appreciated the care he provided. However, the nurse — her name started with an A — was not friendly at all. Her attitude made the experience more stressful than it needed to be, and she could definitely work on her patient etiquette. Overall, the doctor was great, but the interaction with the nurse was disappointing.

I was there around 8 pm on a Monday. The checkin took just a few minutes as they already have my records through my family doctor. Before I even sat down in the waiting room, two nurses came out to bring me to a treatment room. Within the next hour, I had ultrasound, blood tests, urine tests (requiring a catheter), doctor consultation, and a CT scan. Then the doctor was back with a treatment plan. The nurse executed the procedure and brought immediate relief to my symptoms. This is followed by a third meeting with the doctor for referral and discharge instructions. I was out at 10:45pm with significant issues resolved and very relieved. I've used the Methodist ER at Sugarland three years ago due to drug allergy, leading to two days of hospitalization. That went smoothly as well.

First time Unpleasant experience! Today I have arrived here for an emergency treatment, however I received a discriminatory behavior from the front desk lady named Lisa. She is really unprofessional and rude especially in an urgent situation as she doesn’t want to do her front desk job. Also, we asked her about triage waiting time, that’s she didn’t even tell us either 15 minutes or to an hour. As a result , we went to another emergency care.Patients should be treated with politeness.I hope she can improve her communication in the future.

I had serious fall Saturday outside when my foot got caught in a fence and l fell and hit my chest on a paint can. I also had a deep cut to my leg. My brother took me to Sienna Methodist despite my objects and l could not drive due to the chest wall injury which they did not treat and l was released in 10 out of 10 chest wall pain unable to sit up or walk. They had only on MD who did suture my leg but l did not feel it was irrigated properly given bing outside. I am in health care and could not believe how l was discharged being told to leave. My mother recently passed and we had adaptive equipment in the house and my brother had to bring me a walker to get in the house! Really use and they are contracted from US Acute Solutions in Ohio. Never again so l had to start over this week in obt
