I’m pretty sure this doctor is fake, if not fake just horrible at her job and super unprofessional. No sink in her doctors office, no biohazard bin, no paper on the bed to sit on, no supplies in the room on hand. When she checks your throat she doesn’t use a popsicle stick and uses an iPhone flashlight. Any questions I asked her she would google to answer. After specifically asking for quantitative tests she didn’t listen and gave me the wrong one with no money back, and while knowing I was trying to meet a newborn asking to be tested that I was free of everything, she didn’t tell me until my next appointment about positive results for a contagious condition that affects newborns. Outdated operations and way of thinking. Rude, interrupts you after she asks a question, not allowing you to fully answer. Is condescending. Insufficient lab work. Had to call back and have her add labs that were supposed to be on my orders. Overall, bad experience with everything.

I showed up 15 minutes early for my 11:00 appointment expecting to meet with Dr Nemoto. I have no idea who Dr Reddy is because my appointment wasn't with her. When I got there, the door was locked with a deadbolt. I called to confirm the appointment that morning before leaving my house. I confirmed the address and have emails confirming the appointment time and address. I waited 30 minutes to allow them time to show up. Nobody showed and nobody called to tell me why. So I did a self-examination and found another doctor.

I have had very good experience with Dr. Reddy. She genuinely cares and provides the best advice. She is a good listener and spends long time with me as her patient when I need her. She takes interest in my overall well being. It's rare to find such a doctor in these times. Highly recommend her! Thank you Dr. Reddy.

It's really disappointing when you have a great doctor, but the staff clearly doesn’t care about their job. It’s such a waste of potential. Brenda, in particular, is rude and lacks any sense of optimism. The front staff's job is to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. I will be changing my PCP.
