They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dawn at the front desk was fabulous. Worked hard to get my insurance information right. I felt like I was the only patient in the room. Roger was professional and gave me all options. When my wife came he explained everything again. They are kind, considerate, and very helpful!

Had my hearing checked there in early Nov, 2025. Three months later they haven't submitted the claim to my insurance company. I will have to buy hearing aids elsewhere as this company is unable to process claims so I won't do business with them again.

I was somewhat nervous since none of the staff were there that I have dealt with over the years. Dr T put me at ease as the appointment started. My warranty was up on my aides and I knew my hearing was not as it should be. First Dr T removed wax from both ears and then we talked about options. After the hearing exam and little more discussion I did not extend the warranty but bought new hearing aides. I told him about issues I had had for four years using my sides. He gave me helpful hints with the new ones I was able to leave with them today. He in no way pressured me to buy the new ones but once I said I was going to, he gave me clinical reasons why my choice was good. I appreciated his honesty and I go back in a week so he knows I am using them correctly and can answer questions if I ha
