HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My microblading appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. When the appointment was made, Dee informed me that she would call me an hour before my appointnent to confirm that I was still coming. I never received that call, but thought maybe she was busy. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes before time in case I needed to complete any paperwork. I waited in the lobby for an hour; during that time I called, texted, and left several voice messages, but never received a response. The security even called and left a voice message, but also received no response. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, not to mention a complete waste of my time (45 minutes drive one-way) and my money (gas and parking). I have been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for some time now and I looked around for the best around and stumbled upon the HOUSE OF BROWS! She was super friendly and very professional and put me at ease knowing that I was going to get exactly what I wanted and I DID! My eyebrows are BEAUTIFUL! PERFECT.... exactly what I asked for... high arch, perfect color, size and shape for my face. She listened to me and delivered. I am a perfectionist too so I DEFINITELY recommend the House of Brows to create your most beautiful brows... I give her FIVE STARS!

I have not made an app and I will not go to this so called business place, a guy answers the “hello how can I help you” I would like to make an appointment to confirm what type of business place is this? He hangs up the phone, I call back he sends my call to voicemail on the third call he answers and says ma’am what do you want were closed, hang up. So unprofessional from from the jump, I can take my money elsewhere.

A male answered the phone and was very disrespectful he gave a quick answer and hung up in my face. Very disrespectful
