Excellent service, insurance offices are there and take care of all the paper work. Nurse department is well trained to follow up on every shift. I hope I won't come back here soon, but me and specially my wife had a great surgery experience. Keep up the great customer service.

After years of having 2 medical insurance and visiting hospitals that only gave medications and did tests and offered no relieve to my pain, I visited Hospital del Prado. I chose Dra Lorena Oceguera, showed her my tests gave her my history and what I wanted done. She ran some tests and I scheduled my surgery within a month. The staff has been nothing but amazing and I was even more thrilled after the surgery because even after 1day and counting my pain has been like a 3. Very attentive and understanding of a woman's pain, would definitely recommend her and the team.

This is a small private hospital (3 stories) here in Tijuana y is very nice y very affordable. MY wife had gallstone surgery here, an the operation, doctor y room for 3 days 2 Night was only 36,000 pesos (about 2,500 dollars). Constant treatment by nurses after the surgery was done--was provided. Treatment y service from emergency room doctors to x-ray to nursing staff was outstanding. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ALSO have a staff of doctors (specialist) on second floor here that do follow-up treatments or can advise you on treatment options if you are sick or in need of treatment before hospitalsation. Checking out of hospital was very fast y billing was done very fast y easy.

I was in the ER for 5 hours, and everything was well managed, well cared, great equipment, doctors and nurses. Dr. Robles is amazing, he selected the best course of action. Very grateful! Thank you !

If I could give this place 1/4 of a star I would they are only after money and don't have any compassion for the patient! My mom went sick but she come out in critical condition ready to be put in life support,my sister brought her to this place the first time because being a private hospital you would think the care would be better but no! Pigs!
