Hospital

Of all my hospital visits, this has been the smoothest with admission, triage, treatment and discharge. The staff was great and treated me with concern and respect. My nurse Vanessa and the CT specialist Hannah were great. It sucks being in a hospital but they had great bedside manner. I know I wasn’t their only patient but it sure felt that way. I didn’t see the doctor for too long and I missed his name but he was professional and down to earth. Didn’t try to spam me with medical jargon other than the technical term for my condition. I guess my only trouble was figuring out where the main entrance was. It was late at night and it was raining but most ERs have a big “Hey idiot, here’s the entrance” sign for people like me.

Be ware of this place read every form before singing and do not trust when Jennifer clark from billiing or admission tells you tha an echo will include all the charges and the reading from the doctor. Even though i asked her twice , it's all inclusive, and she said yes. Then i got a second bill. False information, and they are washing their hands, and that they don't know what she said. Record your conversations with this people

5 hours of waiting, and we've only been seen by the triage nurse. Multiple people have come and gone, and most of them had arrived after my family and I. There is no sense of order, no sense of urgency. When you ask, all they do is shake their head. My daughter is here for a severe migrane, and I'm not saying that's more important than someone who's dying, but there needs to be some sense of order. It's very disappointing watching so many people go through that came after we did, that aren't actively bleeding out on the ER floor.

First time going to the er in my life, my husband brought me because I was having chest pains and it felt like a knife stabbing me. They did ekg , labs and chest X-ray . The nurse came in and told me I was being discharged and to follow up with the cardiologist. Dr never came in to go over results with us, didn’t prescribe anything for the pain. They didn’t offer for observation. I left in the same pain that I walked in with. Every time I woke up that night I was just glad the I was still alive but the pain was still there . I have two kids and I was thinking that I was leaving them and I was going to die. It is a horrific feeling thinking you might be leaving your loved ones. I called the cardiologist next morning. Originally they could get me in the following week I asked to speak with n

Everybody was so professional and nice. From the moment I walked into the door attentive, helpful, and fast. I spent >10mins in waiting room then went to back had 2 nurses: 1 for information 1 for IV. Dr was very reassuring. I was in and out in >3 hours. Ive had terrible situations in the past elsewhere. I wont go anywhere else but to you now. Thank you guys.
