Dr Browns is completely ridiculous! They never returned my call about the time of his appointment because he couldn’t remember the exact time of his appointment after three weeks of waiting for a phone call from Dr Brown’s office to learn the time of the appointment, I had to call Kaiser and my son referred somewhere else! It took Dr Browns a few months just to get him in! They’re a very irresponsible place with no care for their new patients at all! Do not think you’re putting yourself in good hands because you’re not! This is DEFINITELY not Kaisers fault it’s all on Dr Browns office staff for not calling me back about the exact time of the appointment! But we are now in good hands it only took one phone call and 4 days to get in with his current allergy specialist!

Unfortunately after waiting for weeks to talk w dr brown on the phone i came away from the call ranking him as the most useless dr ive seen in the CV since moving here 5 years ago and thats saying a lot since IEHP and the CV is the worst. I had many questions and he all he really wanted to do was get off the phone. He also told me he would send a script for a better med than my current one but he never did. The office also had NO info about my situation so i had to tell him everything going on, which he should have read beforehand. Useless! The staff i spoke to were actually very nice though.

I would strongly advise against seeking care at Dr. Hosea Brown’s office. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I regret not researching the practice more thoroughly beforehand. My daughter, Faith, was recently adopted and has several allergies that required immediate attention. After a two-month wait, we finally had an appointment with Dr. Brown on August 13th, during which a referral was made to LabCorp for allergy testing. However, the office did not send the referral to LabCorp until September 15th, causing yet another delay. We completed the test on that day, and the results came back in three days. Unfortunately, when I requested the results from the office, they refused to help and delayed our appointment until November 5th—nearly two months later. During the No

Dr brown was good but his staff was great. I was able to get my daughter an appointment within 10 days. She had a panel test and she’s 3 so this was rough and the staff was so supportive and made me feel so comfortable which was easier on my daughter. It’s not their fault she was scared but they really made sure I had the support to help her comply. I would go back just to give the staff a hug and say thank you.

My Medicare insurance is asking for a copy of my medical records before approving my 2025 health insurance. I completed the request form on 12/18 and was told I could probably get it in 2 days. I called on 12/19 and was told it would take 2 weeks. I tried to appeal to the young woman that I wouldn’t have health insurance as of January 1st, but to no avail. Once I get my health insurance maybe I need to find another allergist.
