Edit 7/1/2024. Unfortunately while Dr. Horta is great her office staff lacks communication . I had a follow up appointment schedule for March. Before my appointment I received a letter from my insurance changing my pcp stating Dr. Horta is no longer in network. No communication from the office about this. I called the office and they stated "Oh she just needs to update her credentials it should be fixed my next month." I've called monthly since then and get no answer, I leave a message and no response. To date Dr. Horta is NOT showing in network with my insurance but other Dr.s in the same office are (Dr. Oquendo). Fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Horta was polite, attentive, thorough, she's direct, honest and professional. Staff also polite, and professional. I come here for professio

La Dra. HORTA ES EXCELENTE, pero tu llegas temprano antes de tu cita y se tardan en atender. Mi cita era a la 1:00pm ya son las 2:03 pm de la tarde y sigo esperando en el cubiculo por la Dra. No esta bien ese modo de atender pacientes.

Hasta ahora la doctora Horta me está atendiendo bn. Pero tú llegas antes de tu cita y es la hora q. No te atienden. El. Viernes fui y mi cita era 11:30 y salí a la 1pm. Creo q si uno llega. 20 minutos antes de tu cita es para q te atiendan a la hora que es
