Trauma touch therapy was life changing for me. I hadn’t realized how much of my life I’d spent in a dissociative state. I’ve now learned how to remain present in my body not only when difficult sensations arise, but positive ones as well. I’m so appreciative of the welcoming environment that made it possible for me to feel safe and supported throughout this process. It was truly an incredibly healing experience. Going forward, I feel so capable knowing these vital skills I can incorporate into my daily life.
