Food good .the rehab people kept trying to put me in the nursing home permentally bu giving me the cognitive test every day. I was there for rehab after surgery. Got no rehabilitation.
They have excellent food. But rated as a home as one of the worst for patient care in the state of Colorado as stated by the state of Colorado ombudsperson . They are short on personnel there is no therapy what so ever. I went there for rehab not to be in a nursing home or concentration camp for evil. They wreck it for patients and good help they get. They have been turned in for elder abuse. Every day I was brought in to interrogation to be berated and told I was stupid. And told I had Alzheimer's bullshit and I said let's go in to court. They shut up. A very hateful place No place to go if you want therapy after surgery Nearly all the nurses respect you with dignity about your well being, except the nurse in charge of scheduling who bitched at the neuro surgeons office staff. Horizons is a wonderful care center! Skilled and caring staff, clean facility, and great food! They are taking superior care of my brother!
This facility is beautiful, the residents are joyful, and the staff are amazing. This family of staff and residents is amazing!
The people at this place are absolutely wonderful!
