Our family cannot say enough positive things about the care our loved one received during their stay. Every nurse, CNA, therapist, and physician we interacted with was compassionate, attentive, and truly committed to patient well-being. The staff went above and beyond every single day, treating our family member with dignity, patience, and kindness. Excellent organization! Employees are always in a great mood even at the wee hours of the morning they have a great smile on their face and always treat you with kindness and love! No one likes to get sick but if you do get sick it's a great place to be!

I can’t say enough positive things about this hospital. Most of the staff were exceptionalcaring, attentive, and highly professional. They communicated clearly, provided excellent care, and made my family feel genuinely supported throughout my uncle’s stay. You can tell the majority of the team truly care about their patients. Highly recommended and deeply appreciated. However, the night supervisor was a serious concern. My uncle felt disrespected and mistreated by her. He reported that she pressured him to do wound care even after he clearly said he needed rest, and he said she raised her voice at him. Her behavior stood in sharp contrast to the rest of the team and created unnecessary stress for a patient who was already vulnerable. Management should definitely look into her conduct.

My aunt is here in critical condition and they are handling her so bad she has bruising on her head and we saw her get treated roughly and they are saying it's from her laying down and that it happened somewhere else, she came in with no bruising.we check her everyday to make sure there's no bruising. The terrible care the quality is so bad I'm hoping the police can help us figure this out because our concern is how she gets treated when we are not here at night. There are two nurses who harmed her. They were throwing her around. One of them already got suspended, but there’s another nurse still there and she’s probably doing the same to other patients.We just don’t feel safe leaving her there alone.I really hope that other patients are not getting treated this bad. My sister was there and all the staff were very friendly and kind. The best were Nkem, Nenita and Will. Thank you so much! Only Erin had the worst attitude the whole time she was there, extremely rude.
