Horizon Physical Therapy

I first found out about Horizon physical therapy, Through my podiatrist, After I had a total left ankle replacement doctor vest sent me to see Shane at Horizon physical therapy. Later , I need to see him for my low back especially L4 L5 did not have much cushion left then again I had a sciatic nerve problem over a month ago and with the exercises that they gave me to do in treatments I feel totally well. I have seen many physical therapist in my day and I always like them all, but I have gotten much better exercises and things to better my full body from Shane and his staff at Horizon physical therapy I truly would highly recommend them to anybody that needs physical therapy. I am extremely satisfied.

I had been dealing with pain in my neck for a very long time - many years. When I finally decided I needed to do something about it, I had an MRI and then went to a back surgeon. The back surgeon suggested seeing a physical therapist, so I went to one & then another, and then a chiropractor. Three years had now passed & in my yearly physical this year I shared my frustration with my family doctor. He sent me to Horizon Physical Therapy. Shane told me the first day that I was there that this would take about 2 weeks! Of course, after all I had already done I questioned that, but was hopeful he finally had the answer. The best place I have done physical therapy after having surgery done for my knees. The staff was awesome and very polite and worked with my hectic schedule and made it easy to make appointments for me to manage. Even made it work when I showed up a day early for an appointment so I wouldn’t have to take time off work two days in a row which was greatly appreciated. Jessica, Shane, and Lori were great to work with and helped me get back to a life I can enjoy again without pain in my knee.

I can’t say enough about this office - the WHOLE office! I had a hip replacement in July and had the pleasure of working with Tara and Jessica. As time progressed there were other issues that were happening and I also worked with Shane, Lori and Janet. So I think I’ve met them all! After months and months of physical therapy and trying different things we decided to try dry needling! The Dry needling procedure has alleviated 80-90% of my pain and discomfort. They know what they’re doing and I highly recommend! Marilyn and other front office staff are amazing as well!

I was referred to Horizon Physical Therapy for pain in my back. The scheduling process was very easy and there were no issues in booking appointments that worked for me. Shane provided a treatment plan and he and the entire team were very accommodating through the process. The treatments were effective and after a few weeks I was pain free.
