Horizon Health and Wellness Chandler Pediatric Care

We've always received great care here. We've been with the practice since 2011 (formerly Pendleton Pediatrics). The staff have always been accommodating and helpful. Dr. Patel, Angela, and Lauren are the providers we see. I never feel rushed and feel our children get an individualized experience. The front and back office staff are amazing too! We appreciate you all!

I am very proud of this pediatrician, I am very happy with all of them because they are so kind and care about their patients, Dr. Tracey is a wonderful person, a professional doctor who is always aware of everything, that all my children and nephews are well with their health and she cares a lot. The best doctor I have ever met in my life. I truly recommend her and the clinic. They always answer my calls and make an appointment for me when they are sick. All of the doctors are great, thank you for your care for your patients. And the lady’s on front are so sweet and kind thank you for your service

Zero stars. Horizon has completely ruined Dr. Pendleton’s practice. I truly miss the old office. back then, they were kind, considerate, and well-organized. I recently called to make an appointment for my child and was told it would be on Friday, but it was actually entered into the system for the following week. This mistake cost me a day off work for nothing. Now, the whole place feels like a rushed corporate clinic where patient care is no longer the priority. The warm, attentive days with Dr. Pendleton are sadly over. I’ll have to find a new doctor for my children. To make matters worse, the waiting room is cramped, and the exam rooms are always uncomfortably hot. The only good thing they have is Angela and Tracey

I’ve been taking my kids to Dr Pendleton and co since 2021 when I had my youngest. Her office staff is wonderful, and all the providers are fantastic. Dr Patel has mostly taken over the kid’s care and she is always amazing, kind, informative and always happy to answer questions. The NP’s are all wonderful. I’ve never recommended a pediatric office to anyone, and we don’t even live in Chandler anymore, but will drive to come see them! I love having physicians who are competent and caring in their field. The kids love having people they can trust and communicate easily with.

We love this practice. Both the administrative and medical staff are high communication, attentive, and caring. (I am especially fond of Joan at the front desk.) Been coming with our oldest since his newborn days (for 3 years) and now we bring our second as well. I’m honestly surprised every visit with Dr. Pendleton how much time she spends with us, addressing even our minor concerns and truly getting to know us and our kids. She seems like a collaborator in our family’s journey, not just a doctor. And we have only have positive experiences with the other doctors on staff, as well. Highly recommend.
