Horizon Dental Care

I had an amazing experience at Horizon Dental. I came in with a bad toothache, and Ms. Kathy examined my teeth and took very good care of me. She also did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and even showed me how to properly floss, which I really appreciated. She was gentle, patient, and made me feel at ease right away. I was also able to get an appointment scheduled for next week, which was a big plus. Dr. M then looked at my teeth, and I explained to him that I haven’t smiled in 18 years due to a terrible experience with a previous dentist who messed up my teeth. I told him how nervous and scared I was, and he made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that I wouldn’t feel pain. His dental assistant, Ms. Brooke, was also wonderful. My first time at Horizon Dental care. My dental assistant Kathy was great! She did a good job with my cleaning. Very precise! The front desk lady was nice. The vibe made me feel welcomed.

Horizon has been a nightmare to deal with. They do not respect patient time. They routinely had us waiting 15-30 minutes between check-ins from the doctor, making routine appointments last HOURS, during which we could hear him counseling other patients. They routinely failed to contact us regarding scheduling changes, including when they cancelled an appointment because they " no longer took our insurance" (the second time they had done this, the first delay resulted in my inability to get the care I was covered for to before my insurance ran out. I have a large gap in my teeth that should have been filled with a covered bridge but Horizon couldn't get their act together in time.) They never called to inform us of appointments being cancelled for the insurance reason either, resultin

This was my first visit with horizon dental care and i can tell you that they are amazing people! Super kind all through the appointment! I really recommend:) Both my kids will be coming back here !

The staff is amazing, very professional and knowledgeable! They made me feel so comfortable. Dr. M is so kind and comforting. I would highly recommend Horizon!
