Horizon City Pediatrics

My 5 year old is a new patient here. The process from beginning to end was very pleasant. The front desk was fast and efficient. The clinical staff was fast and kind, the provider who saw my daughter today caught a lot of things even though I was taking her for sickness, I’m truly happy with my experience and I feel confident that my little girl is in good hands moving ahead. I’m assuming the checkout receptionist I’m unsure who she was but she was very kind to my daughter and I take that to heart. I left the office with the care my daughter needed and more. I’m grateful for finding this place and will be using this same office come Jan 2026 for my baby when she is born. No looking further for a caring provider. Thank you for the experience today.

Its always the same thing here wait of 3 hours plus even with an appointment sick and tired of waiting. They schedule more people than what can be handled closest dr near me but not worth it

I'm only giving a one-star because it will not allow me to give no stars disappeared attrition will not see you if you refuse to give your child shots she won't even make me an appointment because I will not allow my daughter to get any more vaccines even though my child has a vaccine injury whenever she was 2 years old and got very sick because of the MMR vaccine they will not allow me to get a physical for my child for her to go get dental work done she needs a physical the lady in the front office will not allow me to even schedule the appointment I'm very disappointed in this pediatrician

The reception staff at this clinic are consistently unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. They are often disorganized and give the impression that patients are an inconvenience. Each visit is slow and frustrating due to their dismissive and unfriendly attitude. For the sake of your child’s care and your peace of mind, I recommend choosing another pediatric clinic.

This place is horrible, with waiting times. U can be here for up to 3 hrs. Really bad service. Why schedule patients if u wont take them in at schedule time.
