Excellent customer service. The office is always clean. The doctor and the girls in the back are awesome front office. Very kind. Been coming here for over four years and I love it. My whole family comes here my daughters and my son-in-law my sister and brother I really recommend this place. Even the aftercare when you have dental work they help you. They prepare you a week before your surgery with medication.

My dentist is the best a true artist he doesn't try con you. He understands that we don't always have money so he will try work with you so as disabled people don't loose teeth. Apply to care credit to see if approved see if get co signer if no good credit. I see señor haven't seen junior yet. Good soul.

I called Hope Family Dentistry today because My Youngest Brother had a Horrible Toothache they took him in within a few hours and took such Amazing Care of Him did an Emergency Root Canal kept in touch with Me while I was at work calle to also check on him the following day aswell and set a follow up....I've been with this Dentist for Years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

Unfortunately the office staff significantly impacted our overall experience. We were given a treatment estimate that exceeded our budget for the moment, so we made the decision to cancel the appointment. When we informed the office staff we were met with a tense passive-aggressive, judgmental, and unprofessional tone. The staff member insisted the estimate was “only” a certain amount, dismissing our financial concerns, and stated that our cancellation was not appreciated and that the estimate wasn’t that bad. This interaction left us feeling disrespected and overall uncomfortable, despite our initial referral we were given by a close friend of mine. Really disappointing experience and further proves why people continue to fear dentistry practices. Added note: Thank you for your response,

If you like exceptionally long appointments, equipment that malfunctions, and a staff that fails to respond to numerous emails, this is the place for you. If you don't want to be frustrated and disappointed, go somewhere else.
